As Founder and CEO, Manish is responsible for the overall growth and direction of the company through Strategic Planning, Risk Management, and Business Development.

Manish's more than a decade-long experience has been a mix of finance and technology. Before starting Qualtech, Manish worked in the Financial Services industry and spearheaded several Technology initiatives in Financial Services domain. He has to his credit several successful national and international implementations.

With a strong technology background and several successful technology assignments, Manish has consulted several of our clients on strategic assignments such as devising technology roadmaps, setting up of IT organization and policies, planning IT strategy, IT Risk evaluation, product evaluation and product launches.

Manish holds a B.Tech degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur.

As Head - Product Development and Technology, Ashish drives Technical Innovation, and Delivery to clients.

Prior to joining Qualtech, Ashish has worked for several years with the software giant Infosys Technologies. He has handled large scale projects across domains such as Travel, Logistics, Hospitality, and Finance. He has excellent experience in activities such as Project Planning, Resource Management, and Risk Management. He has strong fundamentals in windows and web based technologies such as Java/ J2EE, Microsoft Technologies, Delphi, VB, and Perl.

Ashish holds a B.Tech degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur.
